SHIPPING
Orders placed with us will usually be processed within one or two business days, at which time the order will be released to the shipping carrier; it is from this time, not the time at which the order was placed, that shipping times (i.e. "overnight shipping") are calculated. All shipping charges must be paid in full by the customer, including shipping charges for returned merchandise.
All orders are made subject to a shipping agreement stipulating that all risk of loss and title for sold items pass to you, effective upon our delivery to the shipping agent.
RETURNS
Our returns policy is as follows:
- Returns are accepted only for exchange of defective items or incorrect items (i.e. the item you received was not the item you ordered). No other returns can be accepted for any reason.
- Defective and incorrect products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. After that period, products are not returnable for any reason.
- No cash refunds for any reason.
- Shipping costs for returns must be prepaid by the customer. Costs to send the replacement item back to the customer will be paid by the Earthville Market.
- Special sale items are not returnable.
If you wish to make a return, please use our contact form to explain the reason for return and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
